These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases and interactions with Solenne, LLC (“Solenne,” “the Company”). By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products and Availability

All arrangements are:

  • Seasonal

  • Made to order

  • Created using fresh, perishable materials

Due to the nature of floral design:

Specific flowers and materials may vary based on availability.

Solenne reserves the right to substitute materials with equal or greater value while maintaining the overall aesthetic and quality.

3. Orders and Payment

  • Full payment is required prior to fulfillment

  • Orders are confirmed only after payment is received

  • Pricing reflects design, materials, and delivery

Solenne reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at its discretion.

4. Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary

  • Recipient must be available to receive the arrangement

If no one is available:

  • The arrangement may be left at the delivery location when deemed appropriate

  • Solenne is not responsible for the condition of arrangements after delivery is completed

Incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts may result in additional charges.

5. No Returns or Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of floral products:

All sales are final.

However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

6. Quality and Care

Flowers are natural products and vary in lifespan.

Solenne is not responsible for:

  • Environmental conditions after delivery

  • Improper care or handling

Care instructions may be provided to help extend the life of your arrangement.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders may not be canceled once materials have been purchased or design work has begun

  • Cancellation requests are handled at the sole discretion of Solenne

8. Limitation of Liability

Solenne’s liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

The Company shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages

  • Delays outside of reasonable control

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content are the property of Solenne and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

10. Privacy

Use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
